May our memories remind us that even though our pets cannot live on earth forever, they will always live on in our hearts.
On behalf of all of us at Fletcher's Creek Animal Hospital, we are honored to pay respect to our beloved animal friends who have passed. We welcome you to create a lasting tribute for your animal friend on our website's Pet Memorial page. Please email us your photo and the text you would like to appear on this page.
My beloved 11 year old Maine Coon Gus, was diagnosed with suspected lymphoma March 20, 2014 and euthanized the next day due to difficulty breathing. I've been so heartbroken and miss his big personality every day. He would follow me around like a dog during the day, fetch his favourite feathered stick toy to play with me and sleep with me at night. His tail would stand erect and twitch when I'd call him to me sometimes. Gus would "help" me change the bed laying under the sheets with his four feet high in the air thus making a mini-tent. I swear Gus had a sense of humour. I loved Gus and he loved me and I'd do anything to have him back. I miss you Gus.
